Matthew 5:45 “…….for he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.“
God often blessed evil monarchs: Pharaoh of Egypt; Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon; Cyrus, king of Persia, et cetera. All of these were referred to as “my servants” or “mine anointed“. Did God approve of their religious convictions? Is this why He blessed them with wealth and power? Read Romans 9:15-24 and then the rest of the story from 2 Chron. 36:22-23 and Jer. 27:5-7.
