For Your Thoughts

There are three categories of people in today's Christian world.

There are three categories of people in today's Christian world.

The first type is a mass of people who do not even know what is going on in Christendom.

The next crowd is just a bystander to see what's going on.

Finally, a group of people will be seen doing something for the Lord.

In today's congregations, especially believers, 95 percent belong to the first two categories.

Every believer should be doing something for the Lord.

The Lord did not choose believers to be idle and say, 'I don't know anything.'

Believers should be seen as a person who uses whatever they know, whatever they have, whatever they know, whatever they understand, whatever they are able to do for the Lord.

Believers should develop the mindset of a member, or body, of the body. It should be the pastor's main duty to convey this. But in practice, that is not the case.

Either the believers are ignorant of what is going on in the church.

What happens to the other factions? They will narrow their spiritual flow to the extent that we have our work, come to the temple, or give an offering.

They are of no use to the Lord's kingdom. The reason for this is that the idea that ministry belongs only to a certain group has been deeply embedded in the minds of believers.

No congregation is useful to the Lord unless this root is uprooted.

It cannot be said that the church is fully useful to the Lord.

This division, which is nowhere to be found in New Testament truth, prevails at the level of church authority.

Every believer should be involved in something that is done for the Lord. When we give an account before the Lord, it is the scriptures that we read that will judge us.

No congregation, pastor, or staff can come to our aid. Believers must understand this.

In the Old Testament, the Holy Spirit would descend upon certain individuals for a specific purpose. When that work is done, he will pass away from them. That task is over.

One of the main reasons the Holy Spirit is present in every believer in the New Testament is that the ministry given to them is until they die.

Otherwise, the Holy Spirit would be poured out only on specific ministering individuals. But not so.

In the New Testament, the Holy Spirit is seen with believers so that they will also serve until the end. We must not neglect the gift of the Holy Spirit that has been given to us.

This thought should burn like wildfire in the hearts of believers.

Only then will there be a real revival in the congregations.
