Shepherd, I desire
1. Any shepherd who considers his believers his family is my shepherd.
2. Any shepherd who considers the advice of believers in ministry matters is my shepherd.
3. Any shepherd who thinks I am a church member like the believers is my shepherd.
4. Any shepherd who does not even think that I am one step higher than the believers is my shepherd.
5. Any shepherd who thinks that the congregation is not his property but the property of the faithful is my shepherd.
6. Any shepherd who uses qualified believers in the ministry just as he uses the people in his family is my shepherd.
7. Just as a shepherd rejects unqualified believers in ministry, he also rejects unqualified family members without favor.
8. Any shepherd who does not rule over his congregation is my shepherd.
9. Any shepherd who considers himself accountable to God for his souls is my shepherd.
10. Any shepherd who does not threaten that I am the guarantor of souls is my shepherd.
In most Pentecostal churches today, the congregations function under the control of the pastor. So the thinking about the teacher must change in the believer's mindset. Raising these congregations is just a dream unless there is a clear understanding of who are the pastors and who are the believers based on the scriptures.
